Browse our full range of diagnostic tests with ease.
Choose a category below to see the tests listed for it: pathology (blood, urine and other laboratory tests), sonography, X-ray, and Doppler and cardiac tests such as 2D echo, ECG and stress test. Some specialised pathology tests show the name of the referral laboratory that processes them in brackets.
Many tests need no preparation, but some do. Blood sugar fasting needs a fast of at least 8 hours with water only, other tests marked "fasting" also need a fast (ask the lab for the exact time), and a lipid profile may need 9 to 12 hours if your doctor asks for a fasting sample; see how to prepare for a fasting blood test. Glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c) needs no fasting; our guide to the HbA1c normal range explains what the result means. For scans, ask the staff about any preparation when you book.
For everyday blood, urine, thyroid and fever tests with a short description of each, see the tests catalogue. To ask whether a test is available or for home sample collection, use our contact page.
